Every year has its significant events, ups & downs, and the last 12 months have been particularly notable for several reasons (not just the shock of a global pandemic). Not only did we survive the year; we've come out of it with a renewed sense of who we are, what we do, and how we do it.

We developed a strong strategy for growth, a new business model, tighter processes, a methodology for development, an overall business OS and a higher standard of work across the board on all projects. We're damn proud of our whole team.

We always feel like we're evolving with every passing year, and that feeling is particularly palpable today as we audit the year and plan for the next. Here's to an incredible journey that is only just beginning!
